Verify your account before watching
When you register with an email address, check your mailbox for the verification message and complete verification before watching. You can also use Google sign-in.
- Check that you entered the correct email address.
- Look in your inbox and spam or junk folder for the verification message.
- Follow the verification instructions, then return to WatchAtlas and sign in again if needed.
Check a playback problem step by step
If a video does not start, check your internet connection and try reopening the player. Trying another available title can help show whether the issue affects a single source or all playback.
Keep your browser current. Some sources use formats or playback features that differ between devices. Live channels may have no seekable timeline, and on-demand duration and seeking depend on the source.
- Note the channel, movie or series and episode affected.
- Record the visible error message and whether another title plays.
- If the issue continues, email support with your device and browser details. Never include your password.
Manage favourites and app language
The heart control adds an item to favourites; a red heart marks an item already saved. Use named lists to organise channels, movies and series in a way that suits you.
The app interface is available in English and Arabic. Choose a language during registration or use the language control later. Changing the interface language does not translate a video’s audio or add subtitles.

Who should I contact for account help?
Email support@watchatlas.site and describe the problem. Include the email address associated with your account when relevant, but never send your password.
Does Danish website information mean the app has a Danish interface?
No. These public information pages are available in Danish, while the app interface currently supports English and Arabic.
